Help shape Sapphic Sphere

Why can it still be so difficult to make real friends as an adult?

Sapphic Sphere is being created as a more intentional way for women to find their people, connect through shared interests and experiences, and build friendships that have the space to grow.

But before deciding exactly what it should become, I want to hear from the women it is being created for.

Your answers will help shape The Centre, our Interest Circles, the experiences we create, and how Sapphic Sphere launches.

There are no right answers. In fact, disagreement and hesitation are just as useful as enthusiasm — I want to understand what you genuinely think.

Testing the idea

Now we’d like to tell you a little more about what we’re exploring.

Sapphic Sphere is based on a simple belief:

Real friendship shouldn’t be left to chance.

Instead of simply creating another large group or feed, we’re exploring a community with a regular rhythm, shared experiences and smaller Interest Circles — giving women reasons to meet, talk and see familiar faces again.

7. How strongly does this idea resonate with you?

Scale 1–5 — required

The Centre

We’re exploring a regular gathering called The Centre.

The Centre would be a consistent place to return to — designed around conversation, introductions, shared prompts and discovering other women in the community.

The idea is simple: instead of constantly starting again with strangers, women have opportunities to return, recognise familiar faces and allow connection to build over time.

10. How likely would you be to take part in something like The Centre?

Interest Circles

We’re also exploring Interest Circles.

Rather than creating lots of empty groups in advance, Circles would develop around interests that members genuinely want to explore together.

Different women will naturally want to participate in different ways.

Value & membership

Sapphic Sphere is intended to be a paid community.

Membership would support the structure behind the community and include The Centre, Interest Circles, community experiences, and opportunities to connect with other members.

We’re currently exploring a starting membership price of £14.99 per month, with discounted quarterly and annual options.

16. At £14.99 per month, how does the proposed membership price feel to you?
